It is water with an increased concentration of dissolved gaseous (molecular) hydrogen. Such water retains all its original minerals, original pH, and composition. The presence of molecular hydrogen in water is associated with a negative oxidation-reduction potential, which can be measured using an ORP meter.

PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane, also known as Polymer Electrolyte Membrane) refers to an electrolysis technology in which electrolysis does not occur directly in water but within a polymer membrane that acts as a selectively permeable barrier. It is also referred to as SPE (Solid Polymer Electrolyte).
Advantages:
Typically, just one cycle is enough to achieve hydrogen levels above 1000 ppb. With multiple consecutive cycles, values up to 6000 ppb have been measured. Values were determined using the H2 Blue Kit® titration method.

There is one limitation: only non-carbonated water should be used, otherwise pressure inside the bottle may increase excessively. It is also recommended to use water free from nitrates, heavy metals, hormones, and other chemicals, and with low sodium content. Increasing negative ORP and molecular hydrogen in contaminated water would still leave it harmful. Therefore, the quality of water used for hydrogenation is crucial, as it directly affects your body.
