Chemical oxygen demand (COD) in water. Compared to other waters, this natural mineral water has a naturally very low chemical oxygen demand (COD), ranging between 0.20 – 0.55 mg O₂/l. Thanks to this low COD value, the water does not degrade even after prolonged exposure and can withstand extreme conditions while maintaining the same quality, stability, and microbiology.
The surface tension of alkaline ionized water is almost twice that of regular water, bringing it closer to the surface tension of human blood. This means that alkaline water is thinner. Blood contains approximately 83% water, so it is easy to see that consuming alkaline water together with a healthy diet may naturally reduce blood viscosity. This is an important fact, as the body often increases blood thickness, for example through the consumption of solid foods (such as red meat), which makes blood circulation more difficult and slower, which can lead to health problems.

The water has a low sodium content, making it suitable for people on a low-sodium diet, as well as for those suffering from kidney, heart, and vascular diseases. Thanks to the shallow and well-insulated underground location of this natural spring (depth of approximately 60–70 m), this mineral water does not come into contact with common surface contaminants typically found in bottled drinking water, such as tritium (³H) and radon (Rn). The entire deposit is protected from the surface by a 40-meter (2 × 20 m) layer of highly impermeable clay, which, according to studies, has been preventing contamination from the surface for at least 65 years.
